Kindergarten

Today I subbed half a day in a kindergarten class. The kids were all so great. I loved it, and it made me even more wistful about not having my own classroom. A place where I can feel at home, a place where I'm not just "helping out" but "doing my job."

Quote of the day: When I was trying to figure out how to distribute snacks, a kid told me the teacher uses the "plastic hand shapes," meaning plastic gloves.
